These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and tools offered by COLTCG at https://www.coltcg.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

COLTCG provides unofficial fan tools related to the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, such as card search, deck building, and visualization. The Service may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
2. Not affiliated with Konami or licensors
COLTCG is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Konami Digital Entertainment or other rights holders. Yu-Gi-Oh! and related marks and card content are property of their respective owners. Card names, images, and data shown in the Service may come from third-party APIs or databases; accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.
3. Accounts
Some features may require signing in (for example, with Google). You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with the policies of your identity provider (such as Google).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully, to harass others, or to distribute malware.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or third-party services through the Service.
- Do not overload, scrape, or automate the Service in a way that impairs stability or violates applicable terms of data providers.
5. User content and local data
You retain rights to content you create (for example, deck lists). By using features that store or transmit content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. Data stored only in your browser remains under your control on your device.

The COLTCG name, logo, and original software and design of the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law or explicit permission, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary materials.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CARD DATA, RULINGS, OR PRICES ARE ACCURATE OR UP TO DATE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLTCG AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO IF THE SERVICE IS FREE.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless COLTCG and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of COLTCG, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
